American Tourister

Samsonite's budget sibling, not a rebadged clone

American Tourister sits under Samsonite’s corporate ownership but is built and priced as a genuinely separate tier — lighter, less expensive, and aimed at travellers who don’t need the more rugged shell construction Samsonite’s own-name range offers.

Its bright colour range and lower prices make it a common first-suitcase choice, with the trade-off of less impact resistance and simpler interior fittings than the pricier S’Cure range.
